Refund Policy
1. Scope
This Refund & Cancellation policy applies to tuition and deposits paid directly to Currentx Wavehub Lab for listed programs. Third-party resellers follow their own policies.
2. Cooling-off (14 Days)
Where the Act on the Consumer Protection In Electronic Commerce applies, you may withdraw within fourteen days of purchase without stating a reason, provided digital access has not been fully consumed as defined in your enrollment agreement.
3. Partial Attendance
If you attend live sessions beyond the cooling-off milestone defined in your agreement, partial refunds may be calculated based on sessions delivered and materials supplied.
4. Non-refundable Items
Non-refundable items may include shipped workbooks, third-party license fees we prepaid on your behalf, or bespoke cohort slots held exclusively for your team. These are listed before payment.
5. Process
Email admissions with your enrollment ID, reason, and proof of payment. We acknowledge within five business days and decide within ten business days unless a dispute requires longer documentation.
6. Refund Method and Timing
Approved refunds return to the original payment method where possible. Bank timelines vary; we do not control intermediary delays.
7. Cancellations by Us
If we cancel a cohort, you may transfer to another date or receive a full refund of amounts paid for that cohort. Force-majeure events follow the reschedule clauses in your agreement.
